Xianning Huimeida Industry & Trade Co., Ltd, is located in the Xianning Economic Development Zone, Hubei Province. It is only 500 meters from Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, Wuhan-Guangzhou Special Passenger Line, 107 State Road and the Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway as well as the entrance of South Exit of Xianning. It covers a total area of over 83 acres, in which about 62,000 square meters of buildings have been built. There are about 1600 workers, among which 143 are technicians and 52 of them have obtained the senior titles for their professions.

As the experimental base of Ministry of Education for silicate material engineering and the cooperative unit of Department of Materials Science and Engineering in Tsinghua University as well as practice base of postgraduate of glass research center in Wuhan University of Technology. The series of opal glassware adopt high-quality natural quartzite and a variety of industrial chemicals as raw materials, which are prepared in a melting process at high temperature, by means of press forming or centrifugal forming. The products are in compliance with the state hygienic criterion and don’t contain harmful heavy metal elements. After toughening treatment, the resistance of the products to mechanical shocks and sudden variations in temperature are increased significantly.
